CPUSUK was created by Chris Conway in February 2002
offering a wide range of PC Products, PC Support, PC Services and also
offering Internet related products including web design and hosting within
the Ilkeston area of Derbyshire. In February 2003
Chris was offered a business grant from the Princes Trust to improve and
expand CPUSUK, and in which he did. CPUSUK Launched an Internet Product
store for PC Components, Consumables and Internet Related Services. This
went well, But it wasn't Enough to Please Chris.
Although Chris loves Computer Technology he also has a
Great interest in Art & Graphic design and with More interest being
received on the web design side of things, Chris started to concentrate
solely On business Websites, Hosting & Advertising slowly pushing the
Computers Sector to one side and rekindling a relationship with a lost
hobby of Art & Design, with Chris also having a great interest in Business
and Marketing he decided to Change CPUSUK's path and in July 2006 become
solely a Business Design, Internet & Print Service centre.
CPUSUK Started to build a new client base
and Using previous contacts, Chris succeeded in Starting The New CPUSUK
Design.
CPUSUK have gained Work and Contracts for design,
advertising and print with a variety of Companies within the local area
Including Rutland Holdings, Rutland Windows Limited, Reach Scaffolding
Services, Designer Glass and more.
Again it wasn't Enough for Chris. He wanted to offer his clients more &
different types of advertising using his design skills. With previous
experience in Signs and Livery, Chris started to enquire into this field
of advertising and in doing so Came across a small investment which was
perfect to push CPUSUK to the next level.
Early this year (2008) Chris began talking to a close
family friend and it was Clear we had something. Early this year Mr
Michael Goodridge invested into Chris and CPUSUK to help offer the Signs
and Vehicle Livery service to CPUSUK clients buy buying CPUSUK's First
Cutter/Plotter.
We are seeing how things go for the moment
but by July - August time this year we hope to have also purchased a wide
format digital Printer, so we can again push our services to the next
level.
